Heat pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and then sauce pulled pork to allow the flavor to release. Stir as needed cooking for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add onions and saute 2 minutes. Add in garlic, peppers, and a third of the spice mix. Oil should be infused with flavor at this point.
Mix in the collard greens adding more oil if needed. Add another ⅓ of the seasoning and cook another 3-4 minutes.
Add drained peas cooking for 2 minutes mixing well. Add the meat back plus the rice plus the remaining spices. Mix all together and then let sit undisturbed 2 minutes for that crust to form.
Add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in and then remove from heat. Enjoy.
