Strawberry Oatmeal with Orange Juice

Heat sauce pan over medium heat. Add ghee and then toast the oats for 1-2 minutes.
Add the orange juice, salt, almond milk, and oats then cook according to package directions (bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes).
Mix in the honey then top with the strawberry. Add zest and serve.
Change the ratio for OJ: Almond milk as you see fit and depending on your taste profile
Add a dollop of Greek yogurt to the finished oatmeal for additional creaminess and more protein
Use not from concentrate orange juice . Go no pulp as well to avoid texture weirdness.
For deeper strawberry flavor, add the strawberries to step 1 (saute in the ghee with the oats)
