Tenderize steaks by lightly pounding them with a meat mallet/tenderizer.
Season the steaks all over generously with dry jerk seasoning mix.
Grill on high heat (2-3 minutes per side) with an indoor grilling pan or outdoors on a traditional grill

Heat a cast iron skillet or other heavy bottomed skillet on high heat. Place the corn, okra, and peppers in the pan and char 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally. Set aside and allow to cool.
