Ingredients

  • 3 ears Fresh Corn husked and kernels removed
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 3 Fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except for the fat in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and allow to sit 10 minutes. Add in the feta cheese and mix together.
