Ingredients

For the Cucumbers

  • 1 English Cucumber peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onions sliced thin

For the dressing

  • cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions

  • Place dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Place cucumbers and red onions in a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss well.
