Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon Smoked Sweet Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Bay Leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • If using whole spice seeds place in a spice or coffee grinder and grind to grain. Mix all dry spices together in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust as needed.

Notes

For more intense flavor, where available use whole spice seeds and toast them slightly before grounding.
Taste nd adjust flavor to meet personal preferences.
Store in an airtight container.
