  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 tbsp Clarified Butter Ghee or regular unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Zest

  • Heat sauce pan over medium heat. Add ghee and then toast the oats for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the orange juice, salt, almond milk, and oats then cook according to package directions (bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes).
  • Mix in the honey then top with the strawberry. Add zest and serve.

  • Change the ratio for OJ: Almond milk as you see fit and depending on your taste profile
  • Add a dollop of Greek yogurt to the finished oatmeal for additional creaminess and more protein
  • Use not from concentrate orange juice. Go no pulp as well to avoid texture weirdness.
  • For deeper strawberry flavor, add the strawberries to step 1 (saute in the ghee with the oats)
