Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie w/ Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup whole oats
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana optional
  • ½ cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients and blender and mix until smooth

Notes

for additional Omega3 add a tablespoon of flax seeds
