I’m not a “diet guy” and this is definitely not a special diet focused blog. However, I get asked all the time for paleo recipes for those following the paleo diet or living a paleo lifestyle. The requests and inquiries led me to research the paleo way, and in doing so I learned that much of my cooking is aligned with a paleo diet (no dairy, heavy vegetable emphasis, lean proteins). All my paleo friendly recipes can be found here. They include sides, main entrees, soups, etc. and follow the food fidelity way which is smart, creative and big on flavor. Examples include tea rubbed smoked salmon, coffee-rubbed hanger steak, and pan-seared scallops.
